Kingsley David Solicitors was established in Milton Keynes in 2008. Many of the firm's practitioners have been lawyers in Milton Keynes since the 1980s. The ethos of Kingsley David is to provide a personal service dedicated to meeting its clients needs, whether they be business or private.
Kingsley David has a very simple purpose – to look after you. This demands more than being good lawyers - as you know.
What is the point in being good if clients and others do not know it? So, we have to make certain that being a client of Kingsley David makes you feel sure and safe in the knowledge that we will be doing what has to be done and more.
This means:
- Fighting for what is right for you in accordance with the instructions you give to us
- Looking above you, beneath you and all around you to ensure that we protect you fully rather than viewing issues in narrow isolation
- Having a good and fun place to work so those who are dealing with you like being here and enjoy doing their job
- Being honest with you even if it may mean upsetting sensitivities – but we shall do it with respect and out of care for you, to get you where you want and need to be
- Understanding when you are anxious or overwhelmed through life’s events
- Treating you the way we would want to be treated if we were clients - such as calling you back if we are engaged when you telephone; being flexible about appointments where we can such as meeting you even if the office is closed
- Having fee structures which are always transparent, fair and reasonable and we shall fix the price up-front for you where we can.
Our doors opened in March 2008 and we are fortunate to have clients who have followed us and we believe it is because they understand that we are different from those who simply see a new file or case.
