Making a legal service a commodity and selling it “off-the-shelf” at budget prices works to a point, but what does it mean for you? It may save you a few pounds in the short-term, but where is the relationship? And where is the understanding of your full circumstances?

If you’re happy to deal with different providers for the various facets of your legal affairs and to make choices based on cost rather than quality, we’re probably not for you. That’s because we want to get to know you and want you to know us; and we want to build a close supportive arrangement. We may not be the cheapest on paper, but we promise our pricing will always be sensible and transparent and be value for money.

We can’t promise you that we will always be perfect – nor can any other firm anywhere in the world - BUT we will always do our best in the way we structure and manage our firm, the way we deliver our services, the way we treat our staff and, above all, the way we treat you.

We will not use a call centre or transfer your business to India. You won’t have to speak to a machine and you will not have to push buttons for ages only to get what you don’t want anyway. Why? Because it would be awful if you had to!

You will always see a solicitor who specialises in the specific area of law in which you need advice, If you are infirm, we will come to you and see clients not just in our offices but at their places of business or other convenient locations.

It rarely happens that we cannot help someone, but if we can’t we’ll tell you what you want is not within our area of expertise. We won’t take your case on anyway then desperately scrabble around to find someone who can. We owe it to ourselves and to you to ensure you get the best legal advice, so if we know someone who’s better placed to assist you we’ll refer you to them through our GATEWAY service.
